--The Warriors topped 120 points for the fourth time this season in their 126-107 home win Monday over the Pacers. --Having started with 10 losses in their first 15 games, the Warriors already have set up a lot of revenge matchups. They successfully avenged a defeat in their first opportunity against the Pacers, who thumped Golden State 108-94 in Indiana on Nov. 11. --The Warriors have shot 50 percent or better from the field six times in 16 games this season. They finished at 56.3 percent Monday.
--The Warriors are 2-2 with Keith Smart coaching in place of Don Nelson, who remains out of action as he recovers from pneumonia. Nonetheless, Monday's win counts on Nelson's record, giving him 1,315 and moving him within 18 of Lenny Wilkens' all-time record.
--Nelson did not accompany the team to Denver for Tuesday's matchup with the Nuggets. He is scheduled to return to coaching Thursday at home against Houston.
QUOTE TO NOTE: "My wife asked me to get 50 tonight. I was pulling for it." -- Monta Ellis, whose career-best, 45-point effort ended when he fouled out with 6:03 remaining in the Warriors' home win over the Pacers.
