--The Ronny Turiaf signing became official after the Lakers, who held the right to match any offer for the restricted free agent, chose not to match Golden State's four-year, $17 million guarantee.
--G Marcus Williams was acquired from the Nets for a conditional draft pick. The Nets will receive the Warriors' first-round pick in 2011 if Golden State makes the playoffs that year. If not, it would be top-11 protected in 2012 and top-10 protected in 2013. If the Warriors don't qualify to surrender any of those picks, the Nets would receive second-rounders in 2013 and 2015. --The Warriors matched the Clippers' three-year, $9 million offer to restricted free agent Kelenna Azubuike, who was a trustworthy reserve for Golden State last season. He played in 81 of 82 games last season, averaging 8.1 points and 4.0 rebounds.
--As they pondered the potential loss of Azubuike, the Warriors were considering signing free agent Maurice Evans, who played last season for the Magic. He signed with Atlanta instead.
--Matt Barnes, a key player in the Warriors' historic playoff run two years ago, signed a one-year contract with the Suns.
--After the Warriors showed no interest in retaining him, former first-round pick Patrick O'Bryant signed with the Celtics.
--The Warriors have signed both their 2008 draft picks -- Anthony Randolph and Richard Hendrix.
