ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Jamal Crawford, Shooting guard Monta Ellis, Small forward Stephen Jackson, Power forward Kelenna Azubuike, Center Andris Biedrins. Bench -- Guard C.J. Watson, Guard Anthony Morrow, Forward Corey Maggette, Forward Ronny Turiaf, Center Rob Kurz.
PLAYER NOTES: --F Stephen Jackson, who had a triple-double in the Warriors' win over the Suns on Wednesday, had 24 points in the rematch Friday. Jackson played 44 of the 48 minutes and has averaged 47.3 minutes in his last three games.
--F Kelenna Azubuike was held scoreless one game after recording a season-best with 25 points against the Suns Wednesday. It was Azubuike's second scoreless outing of the season, the other coming when he played just five minutes against the Rockets Dec. 5. Azubuike started and played 15 minutes Friday.
--C Andris Biedrins had seven points and five rebounds in the third quarter alone, giving him an 11-point, 11-rebound double-double without having played in the fourth quarter. Biedrins suffered a sprained right ankle on the final play of the third quarter.
--F Ronny Turiaf nearly recorded his first double-double as a Warrior with 11 points and nine rebounds off the bench. He hadn't reached double-figures in scoring since tallying 12 against the Trail Blazers Jan. 10.
MEDICAL WATCH:
--C Andris Biedrins (ankle) sprained his right ankle when he stepped on teammate Stephen Jackson's foot in the final seconds of the third quarter Friday and had to be helped to the locker room. X-rays taken at the arena were negative. His status for Sunday's home game against Utah is unknown, but it would be no surprise if he were out through the All-Star break.
--F Corey Maggette has traveled to Los Angeles twice this week to have his sore back examined. He hasn't missed any games since Jan. 2, but he nonetheless has been experiencing discomfort and hasn't attended either of the Warriors' last two practices. That didn't stop Don Nelson from playing him 39 minutes Friday, however.
--F Brandan Wright (shoulder) is definitely out through the All-Star break and possibly into March as he recovers from a partially dislocated left shoulder suffered Jan. 7 against the Lakers.
--G Marco Belinelli (ankle) could return to practice in the next week or two, during which the Warriors play only one road game. He has been out since bruising his right ankle Jan. 11 against the Pacers.
