ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Stephen Curry, Shooting guard Monta Ellis, Small forward Anthony Morrow, Power forward Vladimir Radmanovic, Center Mikki Moore. Bench -- Guard C.J. Watson, Forward Corey Maggette, Center Chris Hunter. PLAYER NOTES: --G Monta Ellis played the first 30 minutes of Tuesday's loss at Denver, then sat out the final 18. He hadn't played as few as 30 minutes in a game since going 29 on Nov. 8 in Sacramento. He finished with 15 points, just the second time in the last 10 games that he hasn't led the team in scoring.
--F Anthony Morrow matched his season high with 27 points, but for the first time this season the Warriors failed to win a game in which he scored 20 or more points. They'd been 4-0 under those circumstances.
--G Stephen Curry scored six of his 10 points from 3-point range but missed four of his six shots from beyond the arc. The Warriors attempted a season-high 26 3's and made only 23.1 percent of them.
--C Chris Hunter played a season-high 26 minutes, taking advantage of injuries to Warriors big men Andris Biedrins, Ronny Turiaf, Anthony Randolph and Brandan Wright. Turiaf could return for the Houston game Thursday, but it'll be at least a week before Biedrins or Randolph also is back, so Hunter -- an emergency call-up from the NBA Developmental League -- can expect his nice opportunity to continue.
MEDICAL WATCH:
--F Anthony Randolph (sprained left ankle) did not play in Tuesday's loss at Denver and is expected to be out at least a week after suffering the injury in the second quarter of Monday's win over Indiana.
--C Ronny Turiaf (sore left knee) felt some pain Monday night in the same knee he injured earlier in the season and was held out of the Denver game. He believes he will return Thursday against Houston.
--C Andris Biedrins (strained groin and abdominal muscles) hasn't played since Nov. 7. He was evaluated Monday and was told he could miss up to another three weeks.
--F Brandan Wright (torn labrum) underwent surgery Oct. 9. His recovery time is estimated to be six months, so there's a good chance he won't play at all in 2009-10.
--F Kelenna Azubuike (torn patella tendon) had surgery and will miss the rest of the season.
--G Raja Bell (torn wrist ligament) is scheduled for surgery Thursday in Charlotte. It's possible he could return in as little as a month, but more likely, he will miss most -- if not all -- of the rest of the season.
--F Devean George (sore left knee) has begun practicing with the team and could be ready for game action by the end of the week. He has yet to play in the regular season.
--G Speedy Claxton (knee) is unlikely to play this season.
