Golden State Warriors Roster Report 2009-12-08

Golden State Warriors Roster Report 2009-12-08ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Stephen Curry, Shooting guard C.J. Watson, Small forward Monta Ellis, Power forward Vladimir Radmanovic, Center Mikki Moore. Bench -- Forward Devean George, Forward Corey Maggette, Forward Anthony Randolph, Center Chris Hunter.

PLAYER NOTES:

--G Monta Ellis played his second consecutive complete game in Monday's loss at Oklahoma City. He has sat out a total of 32 seconds in the last three games.

--F Anthony Randolph turned in a poor performance in his first game after what he called his best as a Warrior. He had only four points in 25 minutes, during which the Warriors were outscored by 26 in the 16-point loss.

--F Corey Maggette was ejected in the third quarter after getting nailed with back-to-back technical fouls for arguing a foul call. It was his first ejection since the 2003-04 season.

--F Devean George got into his first game of the season and went scoreless in six minutes.

MEDICAL WATCH:

--F Brandan Wright (torn labrum) underwent surgery Oct. 9. His recovery time is estimated to be six months, so there's a good chance he won't play at all in 2009-10.

--C Ronny Turiaf (sore left knee) is traveling with the Warriors this week and probably will return to action before the end of the five-game venture. He has missed the last four games.

--C Andris Biedrins (strained groin and abdominal muscles) hasn't played since Nov. 7. He was evaluated Nov. 30 and told he could miss up to another three weeks. That said, he is with the team on its eight-day trip, so it's possible he could play during that stretch.

--F Kelenna Azubuike (torn patella tendon) had surgery and will miss the rest of the season.

--G Raja Bell (torn wrist ligament) had surgery Dec. 3. His left arm will be in a cast for six weeks and it's expected he will miss another six weeks on top of that. That schedule could have him ready to play by March, which means the Warriors might be able to use his expiring contract in a deal before the trade deadline in February.

--G Speedy Claxton (knee) is unlikely to play this season.
