Golden State Warriors Roster Report 2008-04-03

Golden State Warriors Roster Report 2008-04-03
ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Baron Davis, Shooting guard Monta Ellis, Small forward Stephen Jackson, Power forward Al Harrington, Center Andris Biedrins. Bench -- Guard C.J. Watson, Guard Marco Belinelli, Guard Kelenna Azubuike, Forward Matt Barnes, Forward Austin Croshere, Forward Brandan Wright, Center Kosta Perovic.

PLAYER NOTES:

--G Baron Davis had 20 points in the Warriors' loss at Dallas, but he registered just one assist one night after having just two at San Antonio. How rare is three assists in two games for Davis? He'd been held to fewer than four in a single game just five times previously this season.

--G Monta Ellis led the Warriors with 27 points, hitting 12 of his 19 shots. After shooting 9-for-25 and totaling 25 points in the first two meetings this season with the Mavericks, he shot 25-for-45 and tallied 57 points in the last two matchups.

--F Stephen Jackson missed 10 of his 11 shots after having bricked 10 of 12 the night before at San Antonio. He totaled eight points in the two games, by far his worst consecutive-game output of the season. His previous low had been 25 straddling the All-Star Game on Feb. 13 and 19 against the Suns (19) and Jazz (6).

--F Al Harrington contributed only six points on 1-for-9 shooting. He has scored fewer than 10 points in three of his last four games after having been good for 10 or more in six straight games.
